This product is a world-first, as never before has a gas fireplace been available with an impressive 1500mm wide viewing glass size, whilst also being extremely energy efficient.

The DX1500 captures up to 90% of the available heat and returns it back into the room via Escea’s Heat Duct technology. This system ensures this heat travels to the far ends of your room, providing quiet and complete room heating. You can even duct some of the heat into the hallway to heat the bedroom end of the home.

Escea’s Smart Heat intelligent control system, maintains correct heat output, can talk to a home automation system if required, and allows remote control of the fire via cell phone or the internet.

The DX 1500 uses Escea’s latest power direct vent flue technology which brings air for the fire from outside the house ensuring that, the fireplace will always burn at its optimum. This system allows horizontal flue runs and termination on vertical walls.

Like all Escea fireplaces the DX1500 is designed to give the maximum flexibility when planning the look of the room. In addition to the Escea Velo fascia the DX1500 offers a frameless look so a special focal point can be created with the imaginative use of wall materials.

The DX 1500 comes supplied with reflective side panels to mirror the flames dancing over the unique Crystalight fuel bed. To further enhance the effect the Crystalight layer may be topped with light Driftwood or dark Birchwood.
